Federal programs:

Candidates are assessed based on a points system that considers age, education, work experience, and knowledge of English/French.
  • FSWP (Federal Skilled Worker Program) – for specialists with higher education and at least 1 year of experience, working in Canada is not required.
  • CEC (Canadian Experience Class) – for those who have worked in Canada for at least 1 year in a skilled profession.
  • FSTP (Federal Skilled Trades Program) – for skilled tradespeople with at least 2 years of experience and a job offer or license in Canada.
Language requirement: minimum CLB 7 (except for FSTP – CLB 5/4).
Humanitarian program (Humanitarian and Compassionate Considerations):
In cases where you are unable to apply for the above-mentioned immigration programs, you may consider the humanitarian program. The main factors considered for applications include:

  • how well you have adapted to Canada and the social connections you have formed;
  • having family ties in Canada;
  • the interests of your children and other children involved in family ties;
  • what might happen to you if your application is rejected.
*Currently, we do not work with political asylum (Refugee).
Family Sponsorship:
Canadian citizens or PR holders can sponsor:
  • spouses, common-law partners, and children;
  • parents, grandparents (through a separate program).
Main requirements: the sponsor must be over 18 years old and must prove their financial stability.
Provincial programs (PNP):
Each province has its own Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) that provide additional points in Express Entry or allow for separate applications. Some programs require a job offer in the province, proof of language proficiency, and a certain level of education, usually at least secondary education or higher.
Pilot programs:
Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) – for work in Atlantic provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador) with at least 1560 hours of work in the past 5 years (equivalent to 1 year of working 30 hours a week) and a TEER score of 4 or higher. There are some education and language requirements depending on your TEER level.

Home Care Worker Immigration Pilots
Start: March 31, 2025 – for caregivers and nannies. There will be two streams:
  • workers in Canada;
  • applicants not currently working in Canada;
Requirements: Previous work experience in Canada is not required, but a full-time job offer in the home care sector in Canada (outside of Quebec) is required. At least 6 months of recent relevant work experience or a certificate of training in caregiving. Language proficiency at CLB or NCLC level 4 or higher. And the equivalent of a Canadian secondary education diploma (or higher).

Frequently Asked Questions

Which immigration programs do you work with?
Canada is one of our specialties. We work with all federal and provincial immigration programs.
How to choose an immigration program? What should you consider?
Canada has more than a hundred immigration programs. Choosing one on your own can be quite challenging. In general, the program selection depends on whether you have an employer in Canada, if you have relatives, your education, and your level of English (or French), as well as your work experience in and outside of Canada. Each case needs to be analyzed individually.
What is better to choose: a federal or provincial program?
Obtaining permanent residency status through the federal program is quite difficult due to high requirements. Provincial programs often have more lenient requirements. It is important to focus on what a specific province offers.
How long does it take to obtain Permanent Residence status in Canada?
The status is permanent, but the card has an expiration date. After the old card expires, you can get a new one, as long as you haven’t obtained citizenship by that time.
