What is diploma evaluation?
Evaluation is the process in which educational documents from one country are checked and recognized in another country. Simply put, it is a way to assess and adapt your diploma for use abroad.
How the evaluation process works when contacting our company

Document preparation
We do not need your original documents to start the process, so you just need to make high-quality color copies of your diploma and its supplement and send them to us in electronic form. If you are unable to do this yourself, you can come to our office with the originals, and we will assist you.

Sending documents to WES
Educational documents are not submitted by the applicant directly to WES but are sent by the university: either electronically (if there is a digital agreement with WES) or in a sealed envelope. We handle communication with your university, clarify the possibility of document submission, and check the existence of agreements with WES.

Registration in the WES system
After the university confirms the possibility of sending documents, we register an account on the WES website, fill out the necessary forms, pay for WES services (document evaluation, evaluation delivery, and taxes), and upload the documents and translations. At this stage, we also send our completed WES forms to the university. After document submission, we monitor the review process and decision.

Receiving the evaluation
On average, the evaluation of documents takes about 1 month. However, this time frame is quite approximate and does not take into account the current high demand for evaluations for Canada. The evaluation document can be received in two formats: electronically – on the day the decision is made, WES will send it to your email; the paper version – delivered worldwide to the address you choose, with delivery time starting from 1 week, varying depending on the country.

What documents are required
- Passport – first page,
- Internal passport – all pages with stamps,
- High-quality scan of the original diploma/certificate + original supplement to the diploma/certificate,
- Scan of name/surname change certificate, court decision,
- Marriage/divorce certificate (if the data in the passport differs from the data in the educational documents). * Before we start working, you need to send us scans of all these documents. After that, the lawyer will determine whether we can take your documents for processing.
